Conley Lowrance is a dynamic problem-solver who has over four years of experience helping Members of Congress maximize their impact in Washington. Prior to joining CPI, he served as Director of Operations & Scheduling for Representative Dan Bishop (R-NC). As one of the Congressman’s initial hires upon being elected, Conley was instrumental in bringing the office online by instituting effective procedures and vetting candidates to fill remaining vacancies. During his three years with Congressman Bishop, he developed winning strategies to enhance efficiency, promote useful collaboration, and optimize office operations. He also acted as counsel to two Chiefs of Staff, both of which were new to the role.
Conley grew up in Virginia Beach and currently resides in Alexandria with his wife, Carolyn. He is a graduate of James Madison University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, double-majoring in Political Science and Philosophy. He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America during the evenings. He is also a Junior Fellow at both the Center for Law and the Human Person & the Project on Constitutional Originalism and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition.
