Liberals at FactCheck.org quoted a Democrat state official who defended this anti-ballot privacy design by claiming the envelope holes were to “help visually impaired voters sign the envelope.” In fact, it would help pro-Newsom vote fraudsters to more efficiently decide which ballots to throw away.
