Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed a new election integrity bill into law on April 25 that creates a state agency with the power to investigate and prosecute fraud when local prosecutors — primarily in blue counties — refuse to do so. The bill increases criminal penalties for those found guilty of election fraud offenses, and hardens requirements for election officials to clean voter rolls. As these common sense provisions only strengthen protections of all votes by all lawful voters, the liberal media continues to mischaracterize and criticize these security measures. More
